Individual Note: Information from fellow Holland researcher Sue Holland (GtGrandaughter of Abraham) reveals a possible divorce or separationbetween Abraham and Alice with the children being separated betweenthe parents. It seems that there was a dispute of some kind involvingthe rights to the invention of a valve for steam trains resulting in acostly court case. This occured probably after the death of Abraham orany divorce/separation from his wife Alice. Sadly it seems that thecourt case used up most of any legacy in legal costs.
