1. Jane Stodart of Erethlyn, co. Denbighe, widow, late wife of John Holland, gent., deceased;
2. William Holland, gent., of the same place, son of the said Jane and son and heir of John Holland.
LEASE of closes called Caer avon, y bvarthe, Caer bryn melyn, CaeDeicws, y bvarth Rhwng y llidiarte, Coet Cae r fvches las, caer brynderw and the orcharde, and a covenant by the said William Holland that Jane Stodart should peaceably hold as jointure or dower the mansion house called y tuy mawr, a barn and two cottages thereto belonging, and parcels called y ffrith erow, ffrith y bryn, bvarth y Clwyde, Caetangrey, yr Erow bagh, Caer March and y weirglodd Dan y berllan inerethlyn within the comote of vghdulas and lordship and county of Denbighe.
