Indented deed tripartite made between (i) Foulk Lloyd of Llangernew, co. Denb., gentleman, Ann his wife, and Thomas Lloyd of Denbigh, and Thomas Lloyd, grocer, their son, (ii) John Wynne of Coed Coch, same co., Esqre., and David Lloyd of Pentre in Llanelian, same co., clerk,and (iii) Jeffrey Holland of Penant in the parish of Eglwysfach, same co., Esq., and Catherine Holland spinster, second daughter of the said Jeffrey Holland, being a settlement on the intended marriages of thesaid Thomas Lloyd and Catherine Holland, whereby the messuages, lands, etc. set out in full in No. 2476 are put in Trust by the said F.Lloyd, Ann Lloyd, & Thos. Lloyd, to the said J. Wynne and D. Lloyd,for the uses of the marrying party, subject to certain specified conditions, etc. Consideration money £300. Dated: 13 May, 14 Geo. III.A.D. 1774.
Signed and sealed by the first and third parties. Witnesses: John Ellis of Kyffdû, Hugh Lloyd of Pennant, Edward Williams of Farm.
